📘 One Month Away: The Cancer Diet Releases July 16

In one month, The Cancer Diet will officially be released.

This book came out of some of the hardest moments of my life—a cancer diagnosis, the sudden loss of my brother, and the long, messy road of living with bipolar disorder, addiction recovery, and unresolved grief. But more than anything, it’s a story about survival, reflection, and trying to find meaning when everything falls apart.

Inside, I write openly about:

  • The day everything changed
  • What it’s like to face treatment and trauma with no roadmap
  • How identity, family, and silence shaped my understanding of illness and healing
  • And how writing, with the help of AI, helped me process and piece things back together

Preorders for paperback and hardcover are live on Amazon now.
If you prefer physical books and want to support the launch, those early orders really matter.

Ebook readers: Please don’t preorder the digital version—I’ll be offering it for free for a limited time after release so it’s accessible to anyone who might need it. I’ll share the free download link on my Substack: https://frankmanderson.substack.com

For local readers:
I have a few early paperback copies available now. If you’re in the Greenville area and want to read the book early—or even offer feedback or critique before the official release—just message me. I’d love to get it into a few trusted hands.

This book isn’t polished to perfection. It’s honest, personal, and sometimes raw. But I believe there’s value in putting it out as it is. Thanks for being here as I get ready to share it.
