It’s official. My memoir, The Cancer Diet, is now available or preorder on Amazon.

This book is the most personal thing I’ve ever written. It started as a journal during one of the darkest seasons of my life — after being diagnosed with cancer and losing my brother on the same day. What came out of that chaos was a raw, honest record of survival, identity, grief, and healing.
It’s not a book about diets.
It’s about what we carry, what we cut out, and what we find a way to keep.
It’s about family, trauma, faith, brokenness, and coming back anyway.
If you’ve ever felt like the pain you’ve been through didn’t have a shape or a name — this is my attempt to give it both.
The book releases July 16th — my birthday — because nothing says “celebration” like baring your soul to the internet, right?
Here’s how you can help:
- Preorder a copy if the story resonates with you. [Link]
- Share the link with anyone who needs a reminder that broken things can survive.
- Message me if you’re interested in reading an advance copy in exchange for a review.
Thanks to everyone who’s been reading my essays, sending kind words, or just quietly following along. This one means a lot.
More soon —
Frank
