SHARED EXPERIENCES. NEW PATHS. CHANGE AT YOUR PACE.
Welcome to MySwerve
You get to decide what better looks like. Start with one part of your life you would like to understand or change.
- Name your stressors. Browse common challenges and choose the words that fit. You do not need to figure everything out at once.
- Explore a possible path. Read sourced guidance and consider a small step that fits your circumstances, resources, and comfort.
- Notice what changes. Open the separate personal app to record what you tried, how it went, and what you might adjust. Mixed results count, too.
- Learn from others. A community library is being developed. Contributions are not open yet; there are no community outcomes to browse at this stage.
You choose what to share. Your personal app entries are stored in your browser and are not automatically posted here. This welcome screen only remembers whether you have dismissed it in this browser.
MySwerve offers general educational guidance and personal experiences, not medical, mental-health treatment, or legal advice.

START WITH WHAT’S HAPPENING
What is taking up space in your life?
You can recognize yourself in more than one area. Pick what fits, use your own words, and leave the rest. A stressor describes part of your situation; it does not describe your whole identity.
Work & school
Deadlines, workload, job uncertainty, burnout, exams, or choosing a direction.
A question to consider: Which demand is hardest right now? What could change, and who has the power or resources to help?
Relationships & family
Recurring disagreements, parenting, boundaries, feeling unheard, intimacy, or changing family roles.
A question to consider: What happens on the surface? What need, fear, or hope may be harder to say?
Money & essentials
Bills, unstable income, housing, food, transportation, or unexpected expenses.
A question to consider: What is most urgent? Is this a planning problem, a resource shortage, or both?
Health & energy
Health concerns, pain, sleep, fatigue, appointments, or access to care.
A question to consider: What is affecting your day, and what would you want a qualified care provider to understand?
Feelings & thoughts
Worry, overwhelm, numbness, irritability, self-criticism, or fear of change.
A question to consider: When does this become strongest? Are there moments when its grip is a little different?
Time & responsibilities
Caregiving, household tasks, competing roles, getting started, or not enough time for yourself.
A question to consider: What are you carrying? Which demands could be shared, negotiated, changed, or postponed?
Change & loss
Grief, moving, separation, a new role, or an uncertain future.
A question to consider: What has changed, and what support would feel welcome without rushing you?
Identity & belonging
Loneliness, discrimination, cultural expectations, spirituality, purpose, or self-understanding.
A question to consider: Where can you be yourself? Which barriers come from your environment or how others treat you?
Habits & daily life
Screen time, spending, routines, avoidance, or concerns about substance use.
A question to consider: What does this pattern offer in the moment, and what does it cost later?
Environment & safety
An unstable home, feeling unsafe, limited resources, noise, lack of space, or community events.
A question to consider: What support or practical change could improve safety? You do not have to confront someone to prove you tried.
Choose one place to begin
Write down what you hope will feel different, something within your influence, and support you might need. You can keep this private in the personal app.
